Cries Of The Dead
In Irish folklore we hear about the Bánánach. These supernatural creatures were known to haunt battlefields, and their shrieks could be heard from miles away. They are considered different lesser Phantoms then the banshee (/ˈbænʃiː/ BAN-shee; Modern Irish bean sí, from Old Irish: ben síde [bʲen ˈʃiːðʲe], "woman of the fairy mound" or "fairy woman") is a female spirit in Irish folklore who heralds the death of a family member, usually by screaming, wailing, shrieking, or keening.
Legend has it that the Bánánach were left to roam the lands, never finding peace. Their eerie cries could be heard in the dead of night, striking fear into the hearts of those who heard them. They were restless spirits, neither welcome in heaven nor hell, nor blessed by the Phantom Queen in battle.
Despite their fearsome reputation, the Bánánach remain a fascinating part of Irish folklore. Their presence in stories and legends serves as a reminder of the power of the supernatural, and the importance of respecting the unknown.
We use Bandia an Bháis (Goddess Of Death) herbal blend to keep the Bánánach under our command and control.
