It may help bring the nervous system to normal.🔥 HOW TO BURN RESIN ON CHARCOAL
You'll need: bamboo charcoal tablets, metal tongs, a heatproof burner lined with sand, and your resin. (1) Hold the tablet with tongs — never fingers — and light the edge. Let it spark and crawl. (2) Set it on the sand in your burner. (3) Wait 30–60 seconds until the surface grays and glows — patience is the whole trick. (4) Place ONE pea-sized piece of resin — less is more, resin melts fast. (5) Add pieces as the scent fades; the tablet burns 45–60 minutes. (6) The tablet stays HOT for hours — douse with water before disposing, never leave unattended, ventilate the room, and keep smoke away from pets and birds.
